Our comprehensive Network consists of a select group of subacute units in skilled nursing facilities located in New York City and Long Island and Westchester, Rockland and Putman counties in New York State.
All affiliated facilities have distinct subacute units or areas of care with a designated staff that provide this specialized care based on guidelines set by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The focus is on personalized attention and one-to-one medical treatment.
