Insurance Coordinator

The job involves supporting CareNext in operationalizing a new initiative to increase the enrollment at a skilled nursing facility of a specialized insurance product for the institutionalized long term patients.You will work with the facility staff, families and patients to identify sales leads while providing customer service to those already enrolled.
This involves:
1) Providing education about this insurance product
2) Participating in developing new approaches to reaching potential leads
3) Knowledge about Medicare and United Health Care (training provided)
4) Providng Customer Service
The job requires very strong interpersonal skills working with the facility personnel, families and facility residents.
A valid drivers license and car, with some traveling between member facilities is required.
